For each chapter of this internal training eLearning module, we have a new scene. within each scene we have different animations corresponding with each page. For a promotional poster, we put all the scenes together and you have your World of Backstage™ poster, which was on display around the office, generating awareness and excitement around the upcoming training.
There were to be 6 modules in all, each would have it’s own graphic theme and poster. The road that weaves through module 1 will go through all the different worlds and landscapes tying in each module to the next + creating a really compelling 6 panel display for the office.
We decided this would not be a responsive project because we knew everyone would be on a desktop computer while going through the program.
Accomplishments + takeaways
Extended the closerlook brand into uncharted territory and recieved nothing but extremely positive feedback from some very tough internal clients.
I was able to touch all sides of this project including white boarding, early concepting, created pre-animation gifs (to give the developer an idea of what I was looking for on each screen), design, art direction and even the soundtrack for the video.
The team worked completely outside of the normal cl process and proved that we can work collaboratively and efficiently without additional layers of process to slow us down.
